Fully Remote - Corporate Paralegal - Up to £32,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm. Supporting a highly regarded Corporate team, you will work on a broad range of high-value domestic and cross-border transactions while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working. This role offers exposure to complex corporate matters and an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative, technology-driven legal environment.

Role

  • Support a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM and corporate reorganisations
  • Conduct due diligence, document reviews and manage virtual data rooms
  • Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, completion checklists and closing bibles
  • Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions, Companies House filings and other corporate documents under supervision
  • Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
  • Support transaction execution, including signing processes, DocuSign coordination and post-completion activities
  • Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support document management and transaction delivery
  • Work closely with Partners, Fee Earners and business services teams to deliver high-quality client service
