An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within a high-performing global Business Development team and focuses on leading strategic bids, panel submissions and competitive tenders across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions. Working closely with partners and stakeholders across the business, you will drive the end-to-end bid process, helping secure high-value opportunities while championing best practice and continuous improvement.

Role

  • Lead the delivery of strategic bids, tenders and panel submissions from qualification through to presentation.
  • Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional bid opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Develop compelling win strategies, value propositions and tailored bid content.
  • Collaborate with pricing teams to produce competitive and commercially sound pricing models.
  • Coach partners and bid teams on presentations and pitch delivery.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to enhance future bid success.
  • Drive improvements to bid processes, templates and management systems.
  • Work with global teams to share best practice and strengthen bid capability across the business.
