The role is Admin Assistant which will support key stakeholders and perform a broad range of admin duties. Previous admin experience is essential and legal experience or law degrees are not required for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings and diary management using Outlook
- Making travel arrangements including transport and accommodation
- Maintain a filing system
- Keep the database up to date and accurate
- Support with events and conferences
- Process expenses and record financial information
- Arrange routine checks and the completion of regular forms
- Ordering stationery, business cards and resources
Salary is up to £27,000. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 in office).
