An excellent opportunity to join a leading global law firm at a time of growth. The role is Admin Assistant which will support key stakeholders. Previous admin experience is not essential but highly advantageous, ideally within a professional services firm and experience of senior stakeholder support, diary management and use of Outlook. The role is based from the Glasgow office. There may be occasional travel required to the Edinburgh office.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings and diary management using Outlook
- Making travel arrangements including transport and accommodation
- Maintain a filing system
- Keep the database up to date and accurate
- Support with events and conferences
- Process expenses and record financial information
- Arrange routine checks and the completion of regular forms
- Ordering stationery, business cards and resources
Salary is up to £25,000, hybrid working, 2 days in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years. A professional but friendly culture with a strong employee retention rate.
