An excellent opportunity to join a global law firm as a lawyer focussed on reviewing client engagement terms. This is an in-house – non – fee earning role and would suit a qualified lawyer looking for an alternative career. The role will focus on the review and sometimes drafting of client terms, and seeking the approval of all internal stakeholders for clearance. The role is based in Birmingham and offers flexible hybrid working.

Role:

  • Reviewing client terms and conditions, engagement letters
  • Coordinate the approvals process gaining sign off from key stakeholders
  • Work with colleagues globally from all the firm's offices
  • Offering advice to internal stakeholders regarding engagement terms
  • Other projects will be assigned on an ad hoc basis

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Lawyer or Ex-Lawyer
  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewing terms and contracts
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders around the world
  • Law firm experience is preferred
