An excellent opportunity to join a leading international professional services firm as a Tax Manager within the UK Finance team. This role sits within the Management Accounts function and offers broad exposure across both UK and international tax matters, supporting a complex and growing business. You will play a key role in delivering direct and indirect tax compliance, advisory work and process improvement, working closely with senior stakeholders and international offices.
- Prepare UK LLP tax returns, including income tax computations and corporation tax returns
- Support the management of direct tax compliance across the UK group
- Review and assess changes in UK and international tax legislation, advising on impact
- Lead on tax audits, liaising with HMRC and other relevant authorities
- Prepare and submit VAT returns across UK entities
- Manage PAYE Settlement Agreements and support payroll and benefits processes
- Work with international offices on global tax matters and reporting
- Drive improvements in tax processes and compliance efficiency
- Provide support and guidance across the wider finance team
Candidate Requirements
- ATT qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in tax within a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of UK and international tax legislation
- Experience in both direct and indirect tax
