Fully Remote Paralegal - Multiple roles available, Real Estate and Corporate. An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Paralegals to join a leading international law firm. We are recruiting across both our Corporate and Real Estate teams, offering the chance to work on a broad range of high-quality matters within a collaborative and technology-driven legal environment. Role
- Support complex Corporate or Commercial Real Estate matters from instruction through to completion
- Assist with due diligence, document reviews and transaction management
- Prepare and draft legal documentation under the supervision of qualified lawyers
- Manage data rooms, document execution, completion checklists and post-completion processes
- Handle Companies House filings, Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions or other transactional requirements, depending on your area of expertise
- Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support efficient matter delivery
- Work closely with Partners, Fee Earners and business services teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Maintain accurate records, manage multiple deadlines and support the successful delivery of client matters
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1–2 years' Paralegal experience within either Corporate or Commercial Real Estate
- Experience supporting transactions in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and drafting ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using legal technology and document management systems is advantageous
