Job Description

An excellent opportunity to join a prestigious professional services firm as an Executive PA, providing high-level support to a member of the senior leadership team. This is a 12 month FTC role combining proactive diary and inbox management, complex travel coordination, and operational assistance, all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\n * Maintain an organised electronic filing system and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately\\n\\n * Provide diary and email management\\n\\n * Off-site management including booking venues and accommodation\\n\\n * Screen and respond to calls and correspondence, drafting high-quality written communications\\n\\n * Arrange complex travel itineraries and coordinate international schedules\\n\\n * Prepare, proofread, and format documents and reports to a high standard\\n\\n * Organise and facilitate internal meetings and events, including minute-taking and follow-up actions\\n\\n * Delegate and oversee administrative tasks, ensuring completion to deadlines\\n\\n * Support with ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and administrative duties as required\\n\\nCandidate Requirements\\n\\n * Several years experience required as an executive PA within a professional services or corporate environment\\n\\n * Advanced MS Office skills\\n\\n * Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail\\n\\n * Demonstrated expertise in diary, email, and travel management\\n\\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\\n\\n * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy\\n\\n * Proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a high-pressure environment\\n\\n * Strong interpersonal skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders\\n\\n12 month FTC.
