The role is Admin Assistant which will support key stakeholders and perform a broad range of admin duties. Previous admin experience is essential, this role is a 12 month FTC. Responsibilities include: * Scheduling meetings and diary management using Outlook * Making travel arrangements including transport and accommodation * Maintain a filing system * Keep the database up to date and accurate * Support with events and conferences * Process expenses and record financial information * Arrange routine checks and the completion of regular forms * Ordering stationery, business cards and resources Salary is up to £25,000 The role is based in London and offers hybrid working This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years.
