The Portsmouth Academy, part of The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is seeking a committed Behaviour and Pastoral Manager to lead our behaviour and pastoral provision, supporting high standards of conduct, wellbeing and readiness to learn.
You will manage Behaviour and Pastoral Officers and Pastoral Support Assistants, coordinate targeted support for disadvantaged students, SEND and vulnerable learners, and work with safeguarding colleagues to maintain a calm, safe learning environment.
