The Victory Academy in Maidstone is expanding its pastoral and safeguarding team and invites applications for a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) including the Deputy Attendance Improvement Coordinator role.
You will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in safeguarding students on CP plans, vulnerable or Looked After, triaging concerns, responding to incidents, and taking timely action to meet statutory duties.
