New Horizons Children’s Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. We are a welcoming, nurturing school with a strong community spirit and a commitment to helping every child thrive.
As our new EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support high-quality teaching and learning within our Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in delivering engaging, play-based activities that nurture curiosity, independence, and early learning skills.
- Build warm and supportive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Contribute to observations and assessments to help track children’s progress.
- Promote our school values and help ensure every child feels safe, confident, and valued.

New Horizons Children's Academy is a "Good" school (Ofsted May 2022) with a three-form entry that teaches over 600 children from the local community.
