An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most celebrated content agencies. Think Publishing is continuing its growth and we’re looking for a commercially driven, ambitious and creatively minded Sales Executive to help lead the charge across a portfolio of key clients. As the UK’s leading membership and branded content agency, Think engages with more than 4 million people through digital-first campaigns, thought-provoking print publications, in-person and virtual events and innovative partnerships.

About the team: The Think Sales team is ambitious, sociable and entrepreneurial. Generating more than £7 million in annual revenue across print, digital, sponsorship and partnership sales, we operate in a fast-paced environment built on trust, creativity and collaboration. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on bold thinking and shared success - while enjoying the autonomy to shape your own ideas and make a real impact.

The Role: We have two roles available, selling a selection of our key recruitment marketing products on behalf of our membership clients. You will be actively promoting our range of recruitment solutions to new and existing clients through cold calling, email outreach and networking events. You will lead the sales process from start to finish, so you will learn to identify new sales opportunities, and manage the existing advertisers in your account, ensuring everyone is happy. You will quickly be given opportunities to sell our range of events and digital content, progressing your sales skillset and responsibilities. Previous sales experience is not required as we will provide the sales training, sales support and the sales environment for you to learn, develop and thrive.

What we offer you:

  • Continuous coaching and personal development: From the outset, you will be working alongside experienced sales managers who will provide you with continuous mentoring and support in addition to formal sales training.
  • Early Responsibility: Very quickly, you will be representing one or more of our membership job boards with responsibility for your own sales territory.
  • Swift Career Progression: Think will partner with you to shape the career path that best fits your skills and personality, progressing you towards greater responsibility and management opportunities.
  • Hybrid/flexible work arrangements: Across the company, we offer flexible working arrangements where you will spend some of the week working remotely.

Benefits: Our Graduate Sales positions come with a competitive basic salary of £27,000 in addition to an excellent bonus scheme likely to deliver OTE of £34,000. Other benefits include: Pension scheme; 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays); ‘Simply Health’ package including discounted gym membership; a Travelcard loan scheme and a Cycle to Work scheme.

Qualifications: We are looking for bright, self-motivated people who can make a real difference. No matter what experience you have, if you have made an impact on the projects and people in your life, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they can collaborate with others to generate ambitious new ideas and have the focus to see projects through to completion.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience

Minimum requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated team player with a passion for sales
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Organised and efficient
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
