Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager (Guts UK)

Guts UK is the only charity that covers the digestive system from top to tail, including the gut, the liver and the pancreas. The charity focuses on conditions that have no specific charity or voice – such as pancreatitis, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), childhood gut and liver disease, and digestive cancers. With a mission to improve the lives of millions affected by digestive conditions, Guts UK is looking for its first Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager.

Role Overview

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high‑net‑worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. This is the first dedicated position covering these income streams at Guts UK.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise corporate partnership income.
  • Build on existing corporate partnerships to secure additional revenue, from transactional up to transformational deals.
  • Grow and shape the philanthropy income stream, delivering an outstanding supporter experience to donors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior fundraiser or manager level experience, or a demonstrable track record of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline.
  • Experience creating operational plans and delivering measurable income.
  • Background working within a smaller charity is helpful but not essential.

Employment Details

  • Hybrid position with a minimum of one day in the London or Huddersfield office.
  • London-based applicants receive an additional £2,000 London weighting.
  • Full‑time, mid‑senior level.
