We're hiring a proven salesperson to do one thing: Win new business. Think Recruitment has become one of the UK's fastest-growing agencies in the maintenance and public sector, supplying both temporary and permanent trades staff. We've built a strong reputation and secured relationships with major clients, but there's still huge untapped potential. Your job is to go out and win it. This is a pure new business role. No distractions. No account management. No waiting around.
What You'll Be Doing
- High-volume outbound calls to key decision-makers
- Opening, developing, and closing new client relationships
- Generating live vacancies across multiple sectors
- Re-engaging lapsed clients and turning them back on
- Creating momentum where there currently isn't any
