By volunteering with Think Tenacity Academy, you step into a strategic leadership role that bridges corporate expertise and social purpose—fueling sustainable growth, empowering the next generation, and creating meaningful, measurable change. In the long term, you will be assisting us with the future success of the organisation's mission educating and raising awareness of free mental health support tackling health inequalities by providing free therapy sessions for Black marginalised communities and Black entrepreneurs. Volunteering as Senior Marketing Lead at Think Tenacity Academy delivers impact on multiple social-purpose levels.
Responsibilities- Provide membership marketing strategic oversight for the launch of Think Tenacity Club, supporting the senior leadership team and fellow trustees.
- Develop digital brand presence, ensuring our voice, reach, and impact reflect Think Tenacity Academy’s mission to tackle mental health inequalities by providing free, culturally responsive therapy for underserved Black and marginalised communities.
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team and marketing volunteers while confidently leading from the front.
- Develop and execute a Q1-Q4 membership marketing strategy for the Think Tenacity Academy Club launch in 2026.
- Senior-level experience in membership marketing and digital branding strategy.
- Understanding of online membership platforms.
- Experience working at board or senior management level (trustee experience welcomed but not required).
