Responsibilities
- Attend weekly Zoom status meetings with the CEO and Think Tenacity Senior Leadership Team.
- Create, plan, and deliver a Q1–Q4 project plan from conception, including leading team action deadlines.
- Manage weekly project deadlines with team members (and lead weekly team Zoom meetings).
- Measure project impact using simple tracking supported by project management tools.
- Strengthen community engagement by actively expanding stakeholder relationships within the Westminster borough to reach more residents effectively.
- Seek, research and scope new funding opportunities as part of Q1–Q4 project planning to continue providing free therapy sessions to service users.
- Ensure projects meet the deliverables of funders and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising and grant funding teams to develop forward plans and prepare funding applications.
- Collaborate with wider senior Think Tenacity team members to deliver a high-quality Think Tenacity Academy that meets the needs of our members.
Qualities, Experience and Skills
- Stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management.
- Developing project documents to assist in the smooth running of project deliverables and deadlines.
- Weekly project progression meetings with CEO.
- Participation in senior management meetings.
- Delegate project actions to stakeholders and team members.
- Supporting the progression of projects in line with our organisation's aims and objectives.
- Use a project management tool for tracking and maintaining/updating project timelines.
- Supporting project research and development within the wider Operations Team.
- Collating data for our records, evaluation and funders requirements in meeting GDPR guidelines.
- Supporting the Events Team in running mental health workshops for stakeholder engagement with a smooth execution that meets the needs of our members and stakeholders.
- Administrative tasks relating to the role as necessary.
- Experience working in Private or Public sector as self-motivated Project Manager (Min 3yrs).
- Ability to keep calm whilst meeting deadlines.
- Great organisational skills.
