Hit the ground running in new year leading Q1–Q4 project planning and delivery of Westminster borough Stakeholders Engagement providing free therapy for local Black community. Support the Senior Leadership Team and CEO as an experienced Project Manager from public or private sector. What difference will you make? 2026 we celebrate 5th year anniversary providing free therapy in Westminster borough. This volunteering opportunity will help our organisation become sustainable in the long term, by increasing stakeholder engagement driving future success to educate and raise awareness of free Black mental health support within the community breaking stigma. This role supports Senior Leadership Team and Therapy Team to continue providing free therapy to underserved Black marginalised residents in Westminster borough. Your expert knowledge from public or private sector will help design processes that make this Q1‑Q4 project easier to manage and outcomes easier to measure.

Qualities And Experience Volunteer Should Have:

  • Stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Developing project documents to assist in the smooth running of project deliverable and deadlines.
  • Weekly project progression meetings with CEO.
  • Participation in senior management meetings.
  • Delegate project actions to stakeholders and team members.
  • Supporting the progression of projects in line with our organisations aims and objectives.
  • Use a project management tool for tracking and maintaining and updating projects timeline.
  • Supporting project research and development wider Operations Team.
  • Collating data for our records, evaluation and funders requirements in meeting GDR guidelines.
  • Supporting the Events Team running mental health workshops for stakeholder engagement with a smooth execution that meet the needs of our members and stakeholders.
  • Administrative tasks relating to the role as necessary.
  • Experience working in Private or Public sector as self‑motivated Project Manager (Min 3yrs).

About volunteering opportunity: (requires minimum 12 month commitment working a few hours a week from home) Using Google shared folders for senior management team communications.

What will you be doing?

  • Create, plan and deliver a Q1–Q4 project plan for Westminster borough Engagement supporting Think Tenacity Academy mission providing free therapy service and mental health workshops for local underserved Black marginalised residents in this borough.
  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team providing an update report for our Board of Trustees.
  • Ensuring the projects/events meet the deliverables of our funders.
  • Measure project impact using simple tracking supported by project management tools.
  • Strengthen community engagement and programme delivery.
  • Ensuring that Westminster borough stakeholders engagement reach more people effectively.
  • Working in collaboration with our fundraiser to forward plan and prepare for applications to continue our free therapy sessions and events.
  • Working with other team members towards delivering a quality and standard that meets the needs of our members.
