Can you provide diary management support to the CEO, working remotely a couple of hours a week for our City of Westminster VIP high-profile stakeholders (Min 3 years experience required)

This role offers the opportunity to

  • Work directly with the CEO of Think Tenacity Academy CIC serving location City of Westminster.

  • Develop relationships with senior leaders across healthcare and the voluntary sector.

By managing the CEO's diary efficiently, you will ensure that valuable time is focused on building relationships with the people who can influence positive change. Your work will help the CEO engage effectively with senior healthcare professionals, decision-makers and community leaders, enabling stronger partnerships that contribute to reducing health inequalities and improving access to mental health support. Your organisational skills will play an important role to help CEO grow Think Tenacity Academy CIC to support more City of Westminster service users in the community.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience

  • Mandatory minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Can work 100% remotely
  • Highly deadline orientated person (mandatory)
  • Confidence reporting weekly status to CEO
  • Ability to use WhatsApp for event team communications (mandatory).
  • A calm approach flexible under pressure when managing dadlines without being easily flustered (mandatory)
  • The ability to manage several stakeholders and deadlines at the same time (mandatory).
  • High attention to detail with organisational skills (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence communicating with senior professionals and decision-makers.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently within a remote team.
  • Must have proactive approach to share new ideas ideas with high written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated to work Independently remotely but can adapt to be a team player
  • Effective ability to work with senior stakeholders and diverse communities with strong interpersonal skills

This opportunity would suit an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Administrator or Senior Administrator who enjoys supporting CEOs. (Mandatory minimum 3 years experience)

What will you be doing?

Would you like to become the CEO's primary diary coordinator, ensuring meetings are arranged efficiently and professionally with senior decision-makers.

Can you coordinate CEO meetings with City of Westminster/Westminster City Council VIP high-profile stakeholders including

  • Public health & Adult Social Care
  • Community leaders
  • Local authority
  • Charities
  • Sponsors
  • CSR partners
  • Medical speakers

Diary Management (100% REMOTE)

  • Track meeting requests and confirmations.
  • Monitor outstanding responses and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare weekly diary reports for the CEO.
  • Coordinate CEO travel and event appointments where required.
  • Essential (Mandatory) Applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in diary management supporting high-profile clients, senior executives or senior stakeholders.
