Love event management? Drive our Q1 – Q4 events by managing stakeholder delegate registration and communication. This volunteer role supports free mental health workshops, providing support and raising awareness of Black mental health issues in the UK & US.
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder delegate registrations via email and update Eventbrite listings.
- Maintain accurate stakeholder database and track RSVPs using Excel spreadsheets.
- Follow up with delegates to confirm attendance and ensure timely event preparation.
- Collaborate with the Registration Event team to create and maintain RSVP lists ahead of event day.
- Attend weekly meetings with the event team and work remotely from home.
- Use shared Google Drive folders for event documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience with Eventbrite or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient spreadsheet skills.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Solution‑focused, proactive, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
- Previous event administration experience (Senior Administrator, Admin Manager, Secretary, etc.).
