Help us organise 2026 FREE ENTRY London Black mental health events held in Westminster (W1). Our events support underserved Black Community & their families offering free counselling.
This volunteering role will develop free entry events for 2026 to drive success for the organisation to educate and raise awareness of Black mental health issues in the community. The role supports Central London events and therapy team to continue providing free mental health support for our members from the Black community including our free therapy sessions at Think Tenacity Academy Events.
Skills & Qualities- Ability to keep calm to ensure event delegate timelines
- Self‑motivated to work independently
- Solution focussed with flexible and a proactive approach
- High IT spreadsheet skills to track/maintain/collate RSVPs
- Team player skills to support the Events Team and registration desk for the smooth execution of delegates management of stakeholders
- High organisational skills and attention to detail
- High email communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills using Eventbrite.com or training can be provided
- Minimum three years experience as Senior Administrator, Admin Manager or similar Secretary role
- You will provide admin support to help us organise free entry Black mental health events led supporting delegates from the Black Community in location; Central London in Westminster Borough (W1)
- Attend weekly meeting with event team via Zoom
- Managing Central London delegate RSVPs via emails
- Maintain accurate database records of stakeholders
- Ability to follow‑up and chase Central London delegates to confirm RSVPs
- Update Eventbrite for RSVP delegate management
- Work in collaboration with the Registration Event Team to create spreadsheet delegate lists ahead of event day, to create name badges
This role would suit an Administrator or Secretary who is passionate about mental health awareness and running free mental health workshops events.
