Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Global, industry leading organisation based within the Watford area. This industry leading organisation have an opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join a team of around 8-9 people. The opportunity would suit someone who has previous administrative experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate on all levels as this person will be dealing with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers. The suitable candidate will be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Salary - up to £38,000 depending on experience, plus good benefits. 37.5 hour working week, Monday - Friday, with hybrid working after training.
Duties
- Working within a team of 8-9 people, taking on responsibility of transactional procurement activity.
- Reviewing and raising purchase orders for central functions.
- Ensuring that customer orders have been placed with the correct supply chain.
- Ensure correct product coding is applied to orders ensuring effective spend analysis.
- Working with internal teams and key stakeholders to identify invoice issues.
- Providing administrative support across the team.
- Building great working relationships internally and externally.
- Working well within a smaller team environment.
