Are you passionate about HR? Would you like to work for a reputable Global organisation? We are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a Global organisation at their UK HQ in Watford. This opportunity would suit a candidate with some previous HR experience. Whether it is HR administration or assistant experience, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000pa + amazing benefits
Working Hours: Monday - Friday Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)
Duties:
- Provide HR related support to managers and employees within the organisation
- Assist with the implementation and coordination of key HR projects and processes
- Manage the shared HR email inbox
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain up-to-date employee records on the HR database
- Provide support with payroll, ensuring accurate information is processed each month
- Prepare and maintain HR data reports and records
- Provide support and guidance to managers on employee relations
- Support employee wellbeing
Candidate requirements:
- Some previous experience within an HR environment is essential
- Candidates MUST be based within a reasonable commute of Watford
- Experience handling HR queries
- Experience of working in an environment where tasks can change, often at short notice
- Experience of all MS Office packages in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
