Have you got experience within B2B Account Management? Have you worked within the FMCG industry? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic business based on the outskirts of Watford who are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join their team.
The suitable candidate will have previous experience within Account Management with strong communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships. Previous experience within the FMCG industry is also needed for this position.
Salary: £35,000
Candidates must be able to drive due to location. Hybrid working plus great benefits.
Some of the duties will include:
- The main point of contact for customers
- Managing relationships with customers from the point of purchase, managing ongoing communication
- Building strong customer relationships to upsell and cross sell other products and services which meet customer needs
- Present company services via online demos and meetings
- Developing own accounts that have been assigned
- Upgrading current contracts
- Working closely with other departments
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within the FMCG industry
- Previous experience within account management
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experienced within a customer focused environment
