They are a leading management agency for social media creators, specialising in TikTok, and are growing rapidly. As the business expands, they are now looking for a Talent Agent to join the team and drive the growth of their creator roster. This is a very different role from a traditional recruitment or talent acquisition position. You ll be winning over models, musicians, influencers and emerging talent who may not have considered creating content professionally. You ll pitch the opportunity, build relationships and sign them up, much like a sales and business development role, with a social media and talent-scouting slant.
