This company are at an exciting point of growth, due to this, they have an opportunity for a candidate with previous B2B customer service experience to join their expanding team. This position will suit someone who enjoys working with business based customers, has a great level of customer service, as well as someone who enjoys working within a fast paced environment. The suitable candidate must be within a commutable distance to Stevenage as this is based in the office 4 days a week. Salary - up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with 4 days in and 1 from home Some of the duties will include: Working with a portfolio of business based customers, being the primary point of contact Building strong working relationships internally and externally Providing a high level of service to customers Regular check ins with allocated customers, reviewing needs and supporting on any queries Order administration, supporting customers with their orders Working closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations Working well within a team environment Providing administrative support where necessary The suitable candidate: Previous experience within B2B customer service Strong communication skills on all levels High level of attention to detail Organised with the ability to manage a heavy workload Great team player Local to Stevenage Happy to be based within the office 4 days a week Looking for the next step in your career?
