Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based in the St Albans area who are looking for a candidate to join one of their teams. This position is a nice all round position encompassing order processing, providing support to customers, quotations, supporting the sales process and more. It would suit a candidate who can work on their own initiative as well as work well as part of a team, strong communication skills on all levels, as well as the ability to adapt to a busy and varied workload.

Please note - This position will be fully office based Monday - Friday. Competitive salary plus some great benefits including an annual bonus scheme, 25 days holiday which rise with service and more.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Managing customer projects, including processing orders for parts, invoices and more
  • Keeping records accurately updated throughout project life cycle within SAP
  • Review customer and project requirements
  • Coordinating procurement and order fulfilment activities
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations, issuing products and service
  • Identifying opportunities to promote relevant products
  • Reviewing customer proposals, quotations and project documentation
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained both physically and within SAP
  • Calculate contract pricing and prepare proposals
  • Supporting with service contracts, planned maintenance visits, breakdown support spare parts and more
  • Working well on own initiative as well as within team environment
