This is a highly varied position supporting the Finance & Operations Director across a wide range of responsibilities. You'll be involved in:

  • Supporting with invoicing and billing processes
  • Assisting with payment checks and finance administration
  • Helping investigate and resolve difficult billing queries
  • Supporting the Credit Control team
  • Payroll and pension administration support
  • Reviewing internal processes and identifying improvements
  • Supporting with reporting and documentation
  • Assisting with operational and administrative tasks across the business
  • Supporting with employee administration and HR-related processes
  • General business support and coordination
