Service Coordinator (Field Operations) Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: 28,000 per annum Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Working Pattern: Hybrid Contract: Temp to Perm About the Company We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing business that operates a nationwide network of technical equipment and services. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join their busy operations team. The Role Working as part of a busy operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating field engineers, managing service requests and ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels. You ll work closely with engineers, contractors and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, whilst keeping accurate records and providing regular updates throughout the process.
