Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with an existing client of ours to help them find a new Service Centre Team Leader to join their well established team.

The successful candidate will need to come from a similar background, overseen a team of technicians, and have a background within service maintenance.

This position will be fully based on site in Elstree.

Salary - 40-45k depending on experience Monday - Friday Some of the duties will include: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service centre, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and making operational decisions where appropriate.

Manage and prioritise service workloads, including inspection, repair, and refurbishment activities, to meet customer and business requirements.

Coordinate the refurbishment programme, ensuring quality standards are met, repair costs are controlled, and products are prepared for resale where applicable.

Work closely with technical support teams to investigate and resolve product or equipment issues.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure the availability of parts and equipment.

Review, approve, and issue customer quotations, responding to queries and providing excellent customer service.

Approve sales and service orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
