We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join the team from September on a temp-to-perm basis Office hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Annual Salary: £28,000pa We are looking for someone who is available to join in early September. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available for work and would like to join a fantastic school. Some of the duties will include: Greeting students, parents & visitors Answering calls and managing the switchboard Signing in all visitors in line with the schools visitor policy Placing orders for stationary and liaising with suppliers Responding to email enquiries or forwarding emails on to the relevant departments Transport arrangements, including issuing coach passes and arranging transport for trips Manage post and staff pigeon holes The suitable candidate: Previous experience in a similar position Strong administration and organisational skills Strong and professional communication skills Great telephone manner An enhanced DBS check would be preferred Immediately available for work Looking for the next step in your career?
