We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist distributor business based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some form of experience and open to more entry-level candidates with the right attitude as full training will be provided. This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in technology, who enjoys a varied role and wants to build a long-term career within the industry.
You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.30pm with an hour's lunch break, based in the Maylands area in Hemel Hempstead, a few minutes' walk from the shops.
The Role:
This is a varied position combining warehouse operations with customer support and product administration. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing customer orders
- Managing returns and repairs
- Maintaining equipment
- Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email
You will also have the opportunity to attend industry trade shows and events from time to time.
