This leading client have a fantastic opportunity for a Degree educated candidate to join their expanding team.

This new created opportunity will sit within a busy team, working closely with another team to manage international orders.

  • Salary - up to 35k plus great benefits
  • Monday - Friday with 4 days in the office and 1 from home

Some of the duties will include

  • Managing international orders, working closely with the team in Switzerland
  • Working with freight agents to arrange international collections
  • Arranging customs clearance documents and export declarations
  • Processing export sales orders
  • Resolving queries relating to sales orders, providing great customer service
  • Advising export account managers of customer shortages
  • Working across all brands
  • Working well as part of the team, helping out as required

The suitable candidate

  • Degree Educated
  • 2 years experience within supply chain, FMCG or logistics
  • Strong coomunication skills across all levels
  • Analytical with good numerical skills
  • Intermediate IT with Excel experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Local to St Albans and happy to be office based 4 days a week
