We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Development Coordinator to join a fast-paced, dynamic company based in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys transforming information into engaging, accessible and visually compelling learning content. This is a temporary position for at least the next two months but with the possibility of extension. It is the perfect position for someone who is looking for an interim opportunity or would like to keep busy while searching for a permanent role. If you're immediately available for work and in a commutable distance from Watford we would love to hear from you.

£16 - £18ph depending on experience (PAYE, so you will accrue holiday as you work) Weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and developing engaging digital learning materials
  • Structuring content into clear, logical, learner-friendly formats
  • Supporting the creation of eLearning modules and training resources
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate information into effective training content
  • Ensuring learning materials follow accessibility and engagement best practices
  • Creating visually strong presentations and learning assets using PowerPoint and eLearning tools

What We're Looking For:
