Customer Service Administrator - Graduate Opportunity

This opportunity would offer fantastic training, ongoing development and the potential to start a career. \\n\\nSalary – £30,609 plus great benefits \\nMonday – Friday – 9am – 5:30pm \\nOffice based until after training, it will then move to 3 days in and 2 days from home \\n\\nSome of the duties will include:\\n\\nSupport customers with a high level of service during their delivery process \\nProvide a good level of customer service by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the process\\nProcess all deliveries for all orders placed online\\nReply to emails in a timely and professional manner\\nProvide a high level of support to customers throughout the process\\nHandling customer queries and problems as they arise\\nWorking well as part of a team\\nContact customers if there is an issue with their delivery\\nThe suitable candidate: \\n\\n2025 Graduate \\nRelationship building skills\\nPrevious administration experience\\nStrong team player\\nGood communication skills on all levels\\nAble to commute to the Watford office – hybrid working is available after training \\n\\nLooking for the next step in your career?
