We are now recruiting for an experienced and capable candidate to join one of the world's leading accredited training organisations on a temporary basis in converting initial enquiries and taking them through the full process until the point of sign-up.

In this role, you will be working as a Customer Account Manager, supporting a full client base and following up with them. On a daily basis, you will be speaking to clients who have registered a valid interest in specific courses. You will be trained to provide information to these potential service users and book informative calls to discuss the course in detail.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous customer service experience (with upselling/consultative sales), sales, or account management experience. Please ensure this experience is clear when applying.

This is a temporary position, with pay equivalent to a full-time role with a salary of £30,000, paid weekly at an hourly rate of £15.38 plus monthly bonuses. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. This role is mainly remote, but you will be required to attend a site in Hemel Hempstead once a month. Therefore, we can only consider candidates based in or around Hemel Hempstead with a reasonable commute.

Please note, this role falls within the sales department, but there is NO outbound or cold sales involved. Although this is a temporary position for the next 3 months, there is a possibility of this role becoming permanent.

What's expected of you:

  • Full management of a sales/customer database and the management, planning, and follow-ups to ensure all receive the necessary contact and information.
  • Managing communications through calls, emails, and online chats.

What do we need:

  • Experience within sales, account management, or customer service that demonstrates the ability to upsell.
  • CRM system knowledge.
  • A natural ability to forge quick and good relationships.
  • 10/10 communication skills.
  • The ability to work from home and have a dedicated workspace is a must.
  • We can only consider those within a reasonable commuting distance to Hemel Hempstead.
