We are pleased to be partnering with a Global company whose UK HQ is close to St Paul's, London. We are looking for a Team Administrator to join the business on a temp-to-perm basis, with the start date of the 1st September. The role will consist of providing administrative support to the senior leadership team, as well as being a point of contact for any office-related queries or issues.

This is a Monday - Friday, hybrid working opportunity with the office-based days split between a team of 3, averaging 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent position working 35 hours per week paying the equivalent of £30,000 - £34,000pa. Once permanent, the company offers an excellent benefits package.
You must be available for work from the start of September to be considered for this role.
Duties to include:
- Office coordination including liaising with suppliers and workspace coordination
- Provide project administration support for the senior leadership team including; monitoring inboxes, preparing and reviewing documentation, following up on the status of workflows etc
- Diary and travel arrangements for the senior leadership team
- Welcoming guests and ensuring meeting rooms are ready for visitors
- Preparing meeting documentation and attending meetings to take minutes
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming office environment
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks
Candidate requirements:
- Dynamic and welcoming character
- Excellent organisational skills
- Available to work at the start of September
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a similar role (Senior Admin, Office Manager, PA or Secretary)
