The Role:
This is not a transactional billing job this is a data-driven analyst position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for a wide range of complex services.
Your day-to-day:
- Deep-diving into high volumes of financial data to identify and correct discrepancies
- Validating supplier inputs to ensure accurate customer billing
- Investigating anomalies and inconsistencies both numerical and systemic
- Supporting billing runs, month-end processes, and large-scale data uploads
- Partnering with finance, commercial and operations teams to improve reporting and data accuracy
- Spotting trends and making data-led recommendations to improve performance
About You:
- Previous experience in finance, pricing, revenue or billing analysis
- Strong Excel skills comfortable with formulas, pivot tables and handling large datasets
- A confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ideally based in or around Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Watford, Luton, or surrounding areas
