In this role you’ll be getting hands on and supporting the team directly with calls/account management and supporting on campaigns. However a large part of the role will be motivating and supporting a team, you will be supporting the Sales Director in carefully managing their business-to-business accounts, motivating the team and very importantly; reporting/processing for the team.
What does the day-to-day look like?

The main responsibilities of this team leader will be to manage the team, increase capacity, account management and new business management.

You will be carefully maintaining and developing existing customer relationships for the longer term.

Meeting with new and existing clients to be briefed and re-briefed on marketing campaigns.

Daily and weekly progress reporting for clients to update on campaigns.

Coaching, mentoring, inspiring and motivating the sales team.

Ensuring that the team are meeting sales targets.

Working closely with the directors to ensure sales training and development plans are in place to best support each team member individually.

Regularly reporting on KPIs, reports and processes.

Previous experience working as a Team Leader within Sales, Account Management or Telesales is going to be essential for this position.

You will need to be a people’s person and focussed on building long term and strong relationships within your team but also your customers/accounts.

The ability to look individually at your team and manage and support each of them with separate plans and ideas will be a must.

A huge part of this role is the reporting and process side, so previous experience of reporting on campaigns, KPIs and similar will be required.

Ideally, as this role is 3 days a week in Hemel Hempstead, you will need to be fairly local and ideally drive as the opportunity to meet clients comes up often.
Something else that stands out about this opportunity is the fact the company operate on a 4.5 working day basis. As standard, you’d be working Monday to Friday, full time office hours, but finishing at 12.30pm on a Friday; additionally offering hybrid working, with the need to be in Tues-Thurs and the option to WFH on Monday’s and Friday’s.
The salary based on a 4.5 day working week will be £32,000 for those days/hours, plus any additional monthly and annual bonusses.
