Aftersales Manager \\n\\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (2 x 15-minute breaks + 30-minute lunch) One Saturday per month: 8:00am – 12:00pm\\n Location: Bovingdon \\n Salary: £35,000 – £50,000\\n\\nAre you an experienced aftersales professional with a passion for prestige vehicles and strong Bodyshop knowledge? We're looking for someone who can confidently communicate technical information to customers while keeping service and coachworks operations running smoothly.\\n\\nThis is a key role supporting a premium automotive business, offering the chance to be part of a team delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.\\n\\nWhat you'll be doing\\n\\nBook customer vehicles for service, repairs, and Bodyshop work, managing collections and deliveries.\\nArrange MOTs and manage service, warranty, and MOT reminders.\\nLiaise with workshop teams, insurers, and engineers to coordinate estimates, approvals, and repairs.\\nProvide professional, confident communication with customers via phone, email, and in person.\\nMaintain accurate records, raise and invoice job sheets, and support general department admin.\\nOrder mechanical and Bodyshop parts and coordinate vehicle valeting on completion.\\nSupport day-to-day workshop coordination, including assisting technicians and apprentices.\\nPromote the department's expertise to customers and ensure a premium experience.What we're looking for\\n\\nEssential\\n\\nPrevious experience with prestige or premium vehicle brands.\\nStrong Bodyshop knowledge, including estimates, accident repair processes, and insurer liaison.\\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\\nProficient in Microsoft Office, dealer management systems.\\nFull UK driving licence.Desirable\\n\\nExperience producing vehicle condition reports.\\nKnowledge of diagnostics or fault reporting.\\nWorkshop or team coordination experience, supporting apprentices.\\nManufacturer-specific training in aftersales.Why this role?\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestige automotive business in a central, high-responsibility role.
