Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Amersham area. My client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team from the 26th August until December. This position would suit someone who has strong administration experience, as well as a high level of attention to detail. This position with be working on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home. 3 month temporary contract, starting 26th August. Annual salary – £28,000 – £30,000 Some of the duties will include: Providing a high level of administrative support to the compliance team Managing a shared inbox, responding to emails and forwarding on more complex and technical queries. Booking in audits, obtaining relevant information from clients to process bookings Post-audit management including, sending out relevant paperwork and reports Handling the day-to-day admin functions of the team Taking meeting minutes Diary management for the team including booking meetings The suitable candidate: Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail Strong communication skills on all levels Previous experience within compliance Strong organisational skills Great team player with the ability to work independently Must be able to commute to Amersham Looking for the next step in your career?
