Are you an Administrator? Local to Luton or easily able to get there? And currently free for a temporary project for at least the next 3-4 months? Read on! We\’re currently working with a very well-known and respected international company who are head and shoulders above the competition in their field, and they\’re looking for a temp to come in and support the team with administration for the next few months. We are looking for someone with previous administration experience and ideally, someone that doesn\’t mind working in what will be quite a monotonous role. Day-to-day you\’ll spend most of the time working on the system and working with bookings/services, as well as speaking to customers and internal staff too – Full training to be provided. The offices for this company are based in the Luton area and due to it being a shorter-term project, you\’ll go through a weeks intensive training and then once you\’re comfortable in the role you\’d be able to work 2 days a week from home. The core working hours will be 8.30am to 5pm, although it\’s an early finish on a Friday, and working a full Monday to Friday week. With this being temp, you\’d be paid weekly and at an hourly rate of around £12.50 to £13 per hour + holiday pay accrual. Duties: Prepare, review, administer, track and manage services on the system. Speaking to customers and internal staff/contractors in relation to booking as per above. Sending out customer documentation when requested. Following up with engineers to make sure their work is being logged and submitted onto the system. Any other adhoc admin duties and projects.Candidate Requirements: Previous Administration or Customer Service experience is a must. Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
