Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the St Albans area. This company operates within professional services and has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join them on a 6 month FTC. The suitable candidate will have previous experience within a Front of House/Reception, be local to the St Albans area, and be available to start from the beginning of September.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary - £27,000 - £28,500

- Acting as the face of the company, warmly welcoming visitors into the office and assisting them as required
- Taking telephone calls and directing them as necessary
- Monitoring emails, ensuring emails are dealt with efficiently
- Booking couriers and taxis as required
- Handling incoming mail and taking responsibility for outgoing mail for collection
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Working alongside the facilities team to ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Ensuring refreshments are ordered and set out for training sessions and meetings
- Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
- Helping out across the internal teams as required
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience of working within a reception area
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional manner and presentation
- Experience of providing a high level of client care
- Must be local to St Albans
- Must be available for September start
