Think Specialist Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established, award-winning talent management agency that is growing rapidly within the social media and creator space, particularly TikTok.

With a brand-new HQ in Hemel Hempstead and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a confident, commercially minded Talent Agent to help expand their roster of creators, working with emerging models, musicians, influencers and content creators.

This is an opportunity to get involved in one of the most exciting areas of the entertainment and social media industries, helping people discover the potential of becoming professional creators.

Important: This is a sales, networking and business development role - not an in-house recruitment position.

You'll be responsible for finding new talent, approaching potential creators, pitching the opportunity and turning conversations into signed partnerships. Think relationship-building, talent scouting and sales, all rolled into one.

Never worked in creator management before? No problem! Full training is provided. What matters most is your confidence, commercial instinct, ability to build relationships and drive to deliver results.

An existing network within the modelling or music industries would be a real advantage.

The package - choose the option that suits you

There are two salary structures available, depending on your experience and earning preferences:

• Option 1: £25,000+ basic salary plus an attractive commission structure. Your earning potential will be driven by the talent you successfully sign, making this ideal for someone motivated by targets and financial rewards.

• Option 2: £40,000+ fixed salary with no commission. A higher guaranteed salary for someone who prefers a more predictable package.

What will you be doing?

You'll be at the forefront of the agency's growth, identifying and signing the next generation of social media talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scouting new talent: Finding promising models, musicians, influencers and content creators with the potential to build a successful online presence.

• Getting out there and making connections: Using TikTok, Instagram, referrals, creator communities and direct outreach to discover potential signings.

• Building your network: Developing relationships with modelling agencies, music managers, artists, promoters and other industry contacts.

• Selling the opportunity: Explaining the benefits of professional creator management and persuading potential talent to take the next step.

• Running introductory meetings: Holding calls, meetings and auditions to understand each individual's personality, confidence and potential.

• Winning new signings: Managing your own pipeline from initial contact through to agreement and onboarding, working towards clear sign-up targets.

• Working collaboratively: Partnering with the Creator Management team to ensure a smooth handover once new talent joins the agency.

• Improving your approach: Tracking results, identifying the most effective ways to find talent and keeping ahead of emerging social media trends.

What kind of person are we looking for?

You'll ideally bring:

• Confidence approaching people you haven't met before and building rapport quickly.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• A commercial mindset, with the motivation to work towards targets and deliver results.

• A good understanding of TikTok, Instagram and the wider creator economy.

• An eye for personality, presence and potential.

• The organisation to manage a busy pipeline and maintain accurate records.

• Creativity and initiative when it comes to finding new talent.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.

Experience that could be particularly valuable includes:

• Sales, business development or account management.

• Talent management, influencer marketing or creator partnerships.

• Modelling agencies, music management, artist representation or event promotion.

• Existing relationships with models, musicians, artists, managers or promoters.

An established network in modelling or music would be a real advantage, but we're also keen to hear from confident salespeople and natural networkers who can demonstrate their ability to build relationships and win people over.

You don't need to have worked in the influencer industry before - the right attitude, commercial instincts and ability to connect with people are what count.
