This is a varied role where no two days are necessarily the same - one day you could be installing and commissioning new equipment and the next diagnosing a connectivity issue or carrying out preventative maintenance.

Duties to Include:
Installations and collections
- Deliver and install equipment on customer sites
- Collect and replace faulty machinery
- Accurately record installations, assets and customer information.
Maintain & troubleshoot
- Carry out preventative maintenance, calibration, upgrades and repairs both in the warehouse and out in the field.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and configuration issues.
- Monitor system alerts and connectivity.
Customer care
- Be a professional and friendly face for customers.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Keep accurate records of visits, repairs and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Technically curious and a natural problem solver
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Confident troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Detail-oriented when it comes to documentation and systems
- Happy working in a role that involves regular travel and hands-on work
