We're recruiting for a Residential Lettings Team Administrator to join a well-established company in Finchley. This is a varied role where you'll provide administrative support to the Director and a team of Property Managers. This is a particularly exciting opportunity as it is a brand new role for the company! The business is growing so the Property Managers portfolios are increasing which means they need a Team Administrator based at HQ to keep the administration in check and the business running smoothly. Due to the nature of the position, previous experience within the property industry is essential. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity with no weekend work. Free on-site parking and good public transport links.
Duties to include:
- Provide day-to-day admin support across the residential property team
- Provide administrative support to the Director including managing post, compliance documentation and filtering communication
- Manage purchase orders and track their status
- Obtain relevant tenant documentation and undertake compliance checks
- Update all records and files for both tenants and properties
- Support with the management of health and safety compliance records
- Data entry and spreadsheet management
- Maintain and compile regular reports and documentation for monthly meetings
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within the property industry
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling a shared inbox
