A leading provider of digital solutions to publishers has asked Think Selection to find an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join their Support Department on a 6-month maternity cover contract, who’s ready for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-focused professional to step into a key role, ensuring the smooth delivery of customer support in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

Your role will be to:

  • Manage customer enquiries via JIRA and ZenDesk, ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
  • Oversee support and maintenance tickets, including urgent escalations.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and service reviews.
  • Monitor support trends, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with Project and Sales teams to enhance services and drive business growth.
  • Ensure Shopify, WordPress, and other integrations are updated and running smoothly.
