Think Selection is working with a respected, independent book publisher to find a strategic and creatively-minded Marketing Lead to manage campaigns across a distinguished adult trade books division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced book marketing professional who enjoys crafting standout campaigns and is looking to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team. The publisher’s list includes a wide range of acclaimed adult trade nonfiction and fiction titles, and the role offers plenty of scope to innovate and drive awareness in both digital and traditional spaces.
As Marketing Lead, you’ll take ownership of multi-channel campaigns—from concept to execution—working closely with authors and departments including sales, editorial and publicity. You’ll be instrumental in building reader engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting sales through thoughtful and commercially effective marketing strategies.
We\’re looking for someone with a marketing campaign management background in trade publishing, who brings excellent digital marketing knowledge and experience of audience behaviour and market dynamics. Experience running end-to-end campaigns is essential, and you’ll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
This is a part-time role, based from the company’s London offices. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
