Think Selection are recruiting for an Amazon Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a leading UK-based book sales and distribution company. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing the systems and processes that underpin Amazon-related print book operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the supply chain. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role and drive the operational success of our client’s Amazon-related activities, working closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, inventory, and finance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain operational systems to ensure they support Amazon processes effectively.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Analyse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure orders are delivered to the client within deadlines.
  • Stock analysis in collaboration with the inventory controller.

Role requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing online sales operational systems and processes, ideally in a book publishing environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to tackling challenges and creating new systems to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
