My client is a privately owned practice with several offices dotted around the UK. The practice has grown steadily and sustainably and has been consistently ranked within the Top 10 UK Architects for the past six to seven years. The majority of their work is with long-standing, repeat clients, which provides a stable and varied project pipeline. The work is focused on the industrial sector, delivering complex developments across Education, Healthcare and large Commercial projects.
They are now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Birmingham office on a full-time, office-based basis. Varied sector experience and familiarity with all RIBA Work Stages, as well as Revit and AutoCAD skills, are advantageous but not essential, as support and development will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office five days a week and live within a 40-minute commute.
Salary for this role is up to £48,000 and comes with a healthy benefits package.
